Mix & Match Sound Healing- Private and Personalized Session

This 90 minute experience will be a Mix and Match of 3 different modalities to tailor to your personal needs. 

During each session, you will be offered one-on-one sound healing work. You will get the chance to choose 3 of the following modalities:

-tuning forks 

-singing bowls

-biofield tuning

-Crystal Pyramid

-Breathwork techniques

-Time on the Opus SoundBed 

The mix and match can be different each time.
